Customer satisfaction is our goal, and we hope that you are happy with any purchase. If you do need to return an item the following is our return policy.
Any eligible purchase of unopened spirits and wine can be returned in store with a receipt within 30 days. We will refund the original price onto the credit card used for purchase, or issue a gift card in the amount of the refund for in store credit. Wines may not be returned after being chilled or heated excessively, and the condition of such is subject to verification by an M&R Liquors store manager. If a bottle of wine is flawed or otherwise deemed unacceptable for consumption, we will replace the wine with an equal or equivalent bottle. We do not accept returns on beer due to spoilage concerns. Special order items are not returnable.
Any online purchase can be returned in store with the above conditions. If the return is shipped back to M&R, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges on refunded items and all shipping charges on replaced items. The request for the return must be made within 15 days of the shipment and the items must be returned within 30 days. Requests for online returns must be made to email@example.com, and the return invoice must be included with the shipment. We will issue a refund onto the original credit card used for purchase. For shipments that are refused or returned as undeliverable, we will issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs.
